The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents
his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for
the Colonies, London, and in continuation of the
10- Governor's despatch No.558 of the 23rd of October,
1930, is directed to forward the accompanying copies
of Abstract showing the Differences between the Approved
Estimates of Expenditure for 1930 and the Estimates of
Expenditure for 1931, referred to in paragraph 4 of
the above-mentioned despatch.
